I'm Dale and I am a Retail Growth Management Consultant.

I began my career helping enterprise companies integrate technology to streamline their business processes.  I later founded and operated a chain of Thai restaurant/retail food outlets and manufacturing.  I didn’t have a lot of funding and needed to grow quickly!

 

As a result, I developed management systems to help me uncover and fix operational issues that blocked growth, understand how to deliver more of what my customers want, and increase sales with direct response marketing. 

 

I refined these systems over a decade to achieve 20% YoY growth and double industry average profits.  

 

Today, I call this, the “Relationship Growth Management Flywheel”.  It is based on the same management processes Jeff Bezos used to drive exponential growth for Amazon, combined with fundamental relationship management best practices.  After all, businesses are primarily relationships with systems that help you deliver at scale.
